v3.9.6 Shared Scenarios

📍 Shared Scenarios: You can now share a scenario with other users in your organization, giving them view-only access to review your planning work. Shared users can view all scenario details but can't rename or delete — those privileges stay with the owner.
🏷️ Scenario List Sorting: The scenario list view now lets you filter between All, Owned, and Shared scenarios, making it easier to find the plans relevant to you.
🔗 Sharing Visibility: Scenario owners can now see who a scenario has been shared with, so you can keep track of who has access.
