Minor planning audience filter update

• 📊 Audience Index Filter: The Audience Index filter in Manual Filters and Smart Search now allows thresholds down to 0 (previously 100), so you can view audience indices (and average indices) across lower indexing inventory as well — not just units that index above benchmark.
  Note: The default filter remains set to 100, a filter of ~0 is no longer filtering but returning the full inventory set
